Record Keeping

We retain a record of your client opportunity, Independent Contractor Agreement, and contract for the duration of your service provision to the client. Additionally, you receive a copy of your client contract outlining your pay rate and contractual expectations for your personal records.

Report Processing

You will receive a comprehensive report identical to what we receive from our partners. Transparency is key—we don’t withhold anything. You will also receive all bonuses and incentives offered to your business by your client.

Administrative Support

At ALVANAE Solutions, we’re dedicated to guiding new at home call center agents through the entire process, starting from enrollment, client selection, certification, payment, and beyond.

Our primary aim is to cultivate the highest performing agents for our partners.

To ensure our agents have the necessary support and infrastructure for success, we charge a straightforward flat service fee of $49.75 per invoice period, which includes the $19.75 fee charged by our Arise partner.
